Pre-launch policy · Updated July 2026

Your info, plainly.

RocketPlate is pre-launch. This page covers the waitlist period; the full policy ships with the service at public launch.

What we collect

What you give us on the waitlist and partner forms: name, email, phone (optional), ZIP, food preferences, consent choices, and basic technical context (referral/UTM parameters, browser user-agent).

What we use it for

Planning launch zones, sending the launch updates you opted into, and contacting restaurant applicants about partnership. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure that runs RocketPlate (database and email delivery providers). We never show your information publicly — only anonymous, aggregated counts (like how many neighbors in a ZIP are waiting).

Email & SMS

Launch updates go only to people who checked the consent box. Every email includes a way out — reply "unsubscribe" or use your profile link. SMS is separate, optional, and only sent if you opted in; reply STOP anytime.

Your choices

Update your preferences anytime via your private profile link (in every email), or ask us to delete your record entirely by replying to any RocketPlate email.

Full formal policy (including data-retention schedule and processor list) publishes at public launch.
